Brienza's Academic Advantage was founded in 1995 by Ms. Lillian V. Brienza, President/Chief Executive Officer. The initial objective of Brienza's Academic Advantage was to provide academic support to struggling students in a caring and nurturing environment. Over the last several years, Brienza's Academic Advantage has steadily increased its program offerings and expanded its capacity within the field of education. The company has grown into an academic solutions organization whose mission is to provide students, parents, teachers, administrators and schools with practical educational solutions and services that promote responsibility and excellence in teaching and learning.

Brienza's Academic Advantage has grown tremendously from its inception and its success is due to several factors: demonstrating a clear and precise plan of execution of all educational services offered, drawing upon a wealth of leading-edge curricula and diagnostic procedures to effectively deliver individualized instruction to all students, parents, teachers and administrators, and utilizing the wealth of knowledge and experience offered by its employees who are educators, former principals, and assistant principals.
